Betty's Breakfast Banana Bread

Heat sunshine crammed my kitchen home windows this morning. We're lastly out of that unimaginable chilly spell every morning! No extra frost on the garden. No extra freezing digits. Solar is lastly shining...  I noticed (three) over ripe bananas within the fruit basket. Time for Banana Bread ! This recipe got here from an expensive pal's grandmother. Her Nonni additionally shared with us her Biscotti recipe, too! ( extra on that later... ) Do that recipe in your camp dutch oven . Right here comes the campers for breakfast!



Betty's Breakfast Banana Bread

1 bowl (or 2 bowls in case you desire conserving the moist & dry components separate till the tip)
three ripe bananas (crushed)
three eggs
2 cups of flour
1 cup of brown sugar (packed)

Notes: nice for breakfast w/ a smear of butter; makes nice toast, too!
