MEXICAN LASAGNA
1-1/2 lbs of floor beef
olive oil
1 small onion (diced)
1 small can of chopped/sliced black olives
1 small can of tomato sauce (or your favourite jarred marinara)
1 pkg taco seasoning combine (add water based on directions on bundle)
half pt cottage cheese (or ricotta)
1 pt bitter cream
1 bag of tortilla chips
grated cheese
2 T chopped inexperienced onions
